The Charleston Restaurant is located in the center of Baltimore's Harbor East waterfront neighborhood. It features fine American cuisine that is far from ordinary. Chef Cindy Wolf has received remarkable reviews from Zagat, as well as nominations for best chef in the Mid-Atlantic region. The menu, which is changed daily, includes a variety of foods, with prices that vary based on the amount of courses chosen.

At Charleston Restaurant, guests can choose between hot and cold appetizers, as well as from different types of entrees that include meat, seafood, and more exotic options such as ostrich and duck. Chef Cindy Wolf also includes a 'menu for the moment', which features special dishes for each season. In addition, the menu includes over 20 desserts and a selection of cheeses, which guests can enjoy with their meal or with a nice glass of wine.

The Charleston Restaurant wine list includes over 600 selections, but not to worry! The new wine list has been formatted to include tasting notes, as well as suggestions on how to pair each wine. This wine list changes once or twice weekly, making it possible for guests to experience new wines during each of their visits to Charleston Restaurant

At the Charleston Restaurant, guests can enjoy three, four, five, or six course dinners between the prices of $67.00 - $102.00. In addition, this restaurant accommodates private parties and events by offering two exclusive dining rooms. Charleston Restaurant also offers luncheon hours for celebrations and business gatherings. Another special feature of this restaurant is that it is located near the water and during the warmer seasons, outdoor seating is available.

Reservations are highly encouraged, in addition to upscale casual dress attire. Gift certificates are always available and can be purchased online. The Charleston is open Monday through Thursday between 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am.
