Chef Roddy Domacasse, born and raised in Puerto Rico, was introduced to the culinary business during his early childhood years, when he helped his mother who owned and operated her own restaurant. At such a young age, he was exposed to a variety of cooking styles and creations, which inspired him to create his own unique style that can be experienced by guests of Sabor Restaurant. |
Guests are invited to dine at Sabor during any time of the day whether it is for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The brunch and lunch, menu options include soups, salads, and entrees such as a seafood wrap and Muffuletta, a sandwich featuring traditional Italian meats. In addition, the brunch menu also includes common breakfast dishes such as omelets, waffles, and eggs Benedict.
During dinner, guests can enjoy an even greater variety of dishes including daily specials such as seafood lasagna and paella, an authentic rice dish from Spain. Chef Roddy Domacasse's creations don't end at dinner however. His culinary delights include homemade desserts such as the famous Spanish pastry, Tres Leches Cake.
